More AI teams will be publicly available

Hi Andy,

Prof. Vadym Kyrylov is using TOS in his graduate AI course and undergraduate simulation courses. There are 40+ students implementing their own or improving existing AI teams. The final match will be in two weeks. After that, I hope Prof. Kyrylov and his students can make their AI teams publicly available here.

There's also a paper done on unsupervised learning by two UBC graduate students. It's at http://www.cs.ubc.ca/~crowley/academia/papers/cpsc540_proj_crowley.pdf
I will ask them later if they would like to make their AI available on-line.
